As a rapidly growing new office , we are building a dynamic and compassionate team that values high-quality care and outstanding patient experiences. We’re looking for a skilled Dental Assistant ready to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced, enthusiastic Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clinical experience and brings a professional, caring attitude to the chairside every day.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available Take and record vital signs of patients prior to procedures Manage and maintain accurate medical records for all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations Perform X-ray imaging as required, adhering to safety protocols (PA’s, bitewings, pano, and CBCT) Utilize medical coding for accurate billing and insurance purposes Operate 3D scanners to assist in creating digital impressions for dental restorations Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff Provide support in pediatric dentistry by creating a welcoming environment for young patients Uphold strict infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment Function efficiently in four-handed dentistry settings and as part of a collaborative team

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant Proficient in temporary crown fabrication Strong patient communication and rapport-building skills Familiarity with Open Dental software Knowledge of dental terminology , medical coding , and record-keeping best practices Experience with 3D scanning (preferred, but not required) Commitment to infection control and safety standards Experience working with children in a dental setting is a plus
