In this role, you will have complete autonomy toprovide the highest standard of care to your patients, with thefreedom to make clinical decisions that best meet their needs.

You’ll make a lasting impact on the oral health of children in ourcommunity! Your role is crucial in promoting oral health,preventing dental diseases, and educating both patients and parentson maintaining healthy smiles. You will also be part of asupportive network of dental professionals that continually bringsreferrals to our specialists. You’ll also enjoy a production basedcompensation plan, monthly patient referrals, a customized workschedule, and a robust fully funded CE program.

Schedule (days/hours):

M-F & One Saturday a Month and 8a-5p

Responsibilities:

Providecomprehensive dental care to pediatric patients, including routinecheck-ups, cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, and spacemaintainers.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet eachpatient’s needs.

Diagnose and treat dental issues such as cavities,tooth decay, and gum diseases.

Collaborate with general dentists andother specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educatepatients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices, diet, andpreventative care.

Educate patients on maintaining optimal oralhealth and preventative measures.

Stay current with developments inpediatric dentistry and continuing educationrequirements.

Qualifications:

Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) orDoctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).Completion of a pediatricdentistry residency program.

Board certification or eligibility inpediatric dentistry.

State dental license in goodstanding.

Commitment to providing compassionate and high qualitydental care.

Compensation:

30-34%
