The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to enhancing the patient experience. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics. Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to optimize workflow. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques. Skills Proficiency in Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling. Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures. Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning. Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. Familiarity with prosthodontics and related procedures. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care.
