Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Perform dental procedures including extractions, restorations, and preventive care in a child-friendly manner. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management. Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive pediatric dental care. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Valid state dental license with specialization in pediatric dentistry Proficiency in dental terminology, patient care, and assessment Experience with dental extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices
