Super close to NYC! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry. This role requires a thorough understanding of dental terminology, medical records management, and the ability to perform various dental procedures. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction while adhering to all HIPAA regulations. Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and oral surgeries. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide exceptional patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations within the dental office. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and HIPAA regulations. Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software is preferred.
