Dentist Raybrex Dental Recruiting Lititz, PA 17543 We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable private practice , that is seeking an associate dentist . They have many established patients already established as one of their associates is moving. They are averaging 4.8 stars out of over 600 online reviews. The office is approximately 80% PPOs and 20% Fee for Service. The office has all state of the art equipment including a CBCT, scanners and more. They have an excellent team of 5 assistants and 4 hygienist and several at the front desk, that all work very well together. The owner does a wide range of procedures and is willing to offer excellent mentoring in implants, full mouth rehab, veneers, cosmetics, and more if interested in learning those. If a dentist prefers to do general restorative only, that is totally fine also. They are seeking a dentist to work 3 to 5 days per week depending on their preference. They have plenty of patients for full time. Opportunity to buy in as well in the future, if interested but it is not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD). State license to practice dentistry. CPR certification. Proven experience working in a dental practice. The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ability to work in a team. Good hand-eye coordination.
