Salaried Loyalhanna Care Center, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to exceptional resident care, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our Dietary Services Department. This is a salaried leadership position offering a rewarding opportunity to impact the nutritional health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities Include:

Direct daily operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Develop and maintain menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian Supervise and schedule dietary staff; provide training and evaluations Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans Participate in MDS assessments related to dietary and nutritional status Ensure dietary documentation is timely, complete, and accurate

Qualifications:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or eligible; current certification required Prior experience in long-term care preferred Knowledge of MDS and care planning processes Strong leadership and communication skills ServSafe certification a plus
