Dietitian Responsibilities You’ll Love:
Conduct comprehensive nutritional evaluations and develop personalized meal plans based on residents’ health conditions and dietary needs. Collaborate with nursing, medical, and food service teams to monitor residents’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as required. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and their families to promote healthy eating habits and manage dietary restrictions. Ensure all dietary practices and food services adhere to state and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies. Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including the development and implementation of nutrition policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of residents’ nutritional status, interventions, and outcomes.

Dietitian What We Look For:
Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential. Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care or nursing home environments. Strong understanding of nutrition guidelines, dietary restrictions, and regulatory standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
