Responsibilities Assess the nutritional needs of residents and developindividualized meal plans. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsand guidelines. Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status andprogress. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents,families, and staff. Assists Director of Clinical Operations with recruiting,training, and scheduling of Registered Dietitians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’overall health and well-being. Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on companyneeds. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of theAcademy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed inNutrition/Dietetics as required by the applicable state. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related fieldis required; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in dietary services in along-term care setting. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability toeffectively interact with residents, families, and staff. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices indietary services. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reportgeneration. Must be able to read and interpret dining service cost reports,financial data, etc. Compliance with
