Part Time Dietitian Dodson Chapel Childcare at Hermitage UMC Hermitage, TN 37076 Summary Breakfast, AM and PM snack preparation and taken to individual classrooms. Prepare milk for lunch taken to individual classrooms. Menus will be planned and food supplies ordered and stocked by main Dietitian. Duties Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling. . Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards. . Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance. Requirements Manage preparation of special meals or diets. Nice To Haves Prior experience working in the food industry, especially in the childcare field.
