Full Job Description Regional Director Job Description:
The Regional Director is directly responsible to the CEO or his designee for the management, development, and operations of the Lafayette Region, as well as ensuring regional programs meet each clients’ needs and that the programs meet the goals of the Agency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Manage the operations and supervise the Program Directors and assigned administrative staff, Lafayette HR Administrator in performing their respective responsibilities. 2. Oversee the management of multiple behavioral health, home, and community-based service programs to ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies. 3. Manage the Lafayette region’s use of community resources. 4. Ensure there is a record-keeping system in place that keeps all records up-to-date and within compliance. 5. Develop and monitor the program budgets and take appropriate action to maintain the fiscal soundness of the region. 6. Maintain a positive community image and relationship. 7. Manage client treatment delivery systems within the region. 8. Oversee Agency property management in compliance with fire, safety, health, and licensing standards. 9. Report and be accountable for regional issues to the CEO and be available on-call for regional staff. 10. Develop and implement annual goals and objectives for the region. 11. Initiate and manage fundraising activities within the region. 12. Maintain positive relationships with state agencies, consumers, and their families, and promote cooperative teamwork within the region
