The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of MO DHSS regulations, and a commitment to providing exceptional care services. This role requires talented leader who can prioritize tasks, communicate with families, residents and primary care providers as well as manage a large team of care partners. The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and the ability to manage medical records effectively. Responsibilities Oversee the care team and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care. Manage and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain accurate service plans and update as needed or required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Monitor quality assurance processes to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction. Stay current with best practices in nursing administration and home care services. Provide leadership in crisis situations, ensuring effective communication among staff and families. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, is preferred. Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles within assisted living settings. Strong knowledge of DHSS regulations. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration and resident-centered care. Ability to supervise staff while fostering a positive work environment. with an ability to motivate staff.
