Fit If You:

Hold an active, unencumbered NJ RN license Have 2+ years of experience in home care, geriatrics, hospice, or acute care Lead with empathy — balancing regulatory compliance with client dignity Are confident managing clinical protocols and regulatory filings Have strong documentation and communication skills Have experience supervising caregivers or CHHAs Possess a valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation Are comfortable participating in a light on-call rotation and occasional field visits Your Mission As a Director of Nursing, you’ll lead with clinical judgment and compassion — not bureaucracy. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, supervising caregivers, and ensuring full compliance with NJ Board of Nursing standards — while building a strong, client-centered team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight & Care Planning Perform assessments and update care plans Participate in limited on-call rotation Communicate with families and physicians CHHA Supervision & Oversight Conduct initial and 60-day caregiver field visits Review daily documentation and task notes Perform skills checks and coaching Compliance & Licensure Maintain audit-ready files Oversee NJ DON license documentation, renewal filings, and compliance tasks Track and apply DOH and BrightStar policy changes Team Training & Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Participate in onboarding and Relias learning coordination Lead QAPI meetings and implement action plans to improve care outcomes Act as clinical liaison with hospitals and rehab partners Performance-Based Growth Path Start Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week): Focused on assessments, CHHA supervision, and compliance setup Eligible for Full-Time DON After 6 Months (if desired): 100% CHHA supervision compliance Timely, accurate care documentation Strong client retention and caregiver satisfaction Compliance/audit readiness and licensure renewal success Bonuses awarded for: Long-term client retention Compliance and supervision scorecards CHHA referral performance About Maison Care LLC We are a locally owned BrightStar Care franchise delivering concierge-level home care in Camden, Cherry Hill, Haddonfield, and Voorhees.
