Develop andimplement nursing strategies that align with the organization’smission and goals, ensuring quality patient care and operationalefficiency Lead nursing teams in delivering exceptional patientcare through evidence-based practices and innovative approachesCollaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to optimizeresource allocation and improve patient care delivery systemsEstablish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate nursingquality and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards Foster professional development and mentorshipopportunities for nursing staff to enhance skills and promotecareer advancement Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety,satisfaction, and overall clinical outcomes Advocate for nursingwithin the executive leadership team and represent nursinginterests in organizational decision-making
Required and PreferredQualifications Required:
Master’s degree in nursing or relatedfield; Doctorate in nursing or health administration preferredCurrent RN licensure and relevant certifications in nursingleadership 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience,including experience in a senior management role Demonstratedability to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and drivechange initiatives Strong understanding of healthcare regulations,accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies
Preferred:
Experience in a multi-facility healthcare system oracademic medical center Track record of successful implementationof nursing practice initiatives that enhance patient care Activeparticipation in professional nursing organizations and communityhealth initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic healthrecord (EHR) systems Experience with data analytics to driveclinical decision-making and performance improvement Knowledge ofbudgeting and financial management in healthcare settingsExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto inspire and motivate nursing staff Strong communication skills,both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diversestakeholders Analytical mindset with a strategic approach toproblem-solving and decision-making Commitment to fostering aninclusive and diverse workplace culture Passion for nursingexcellence and a dedication to improving patient outcomes
