Our partnerships include the Intuit Corporation and Stetson University. We are currently recruiting candidates for our in-home, Family Architect positions, all over the country. Master’s degree in a field of behavioral science or mental health is strongly preferred. bachelor’s degree accepted for some cases.

Job Description:

Implement behavioral and language modification techniques Implement award-winning curricula teaching how to manage problematic behaviors Teach clients to improve organizational and time management skills Address the family dynamic in order to decrease interpersonal conflict and dysfunction Complete daily documentation requirements Work in-home or live-in with individuals and families Provide crisis support

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social sciences, behavioral sciences, mental health, counseling, social work, or education-related field In some cases, bachelor’s degrees are accepted Knowledge of and experience working with principles of learning and behavior Basic knowledge of appropriate and abnormal development The ability to work independently and employ critical thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability after school until late evenings, mornings, and weekends Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or equivalent crisis training preferred, but not required for all cases Considerations We seek professionals and students who have experience working in applied behavior analysis (ABA, RBT, BCBA, BCaBA, BCBA-D), psychology, clinical psychology, clinical counseling, social work (LSW, LCSW), counseling, clinical mental health counseling (CMHC), licensed associate counselors (LAC), licensed professional counselors (LPC), national certified counselors (NCC), addictions specialists, marriage and family therapists (MFT), crisis mobile, and any other mental health or behavioral fields .
