Job:
Performs all aspects of Diagnostic Radiology by producing high-quality images and providing compassion and comfort to all patients.
What You’ll Do:
Performs all X-ray exams according to department protocols Communicates effectively with others within the department as well as outside of the department Practices radiation safety by adhering to ALARA guidelines Demonstrates proficiency with computer systems such as EPIC and PACS Respects confidential nature of patient information and abides by HIPAA laws and regulations Demonstrates compassion and patience in all customer interactions Uses patient safety equipment effectively to move patients.
Who You Are:
Completion of two years of Radiology Technology training in an AMA approved school to meet the requirement for registry by the ARRT or equivalent training required. State of New Hampshire Board of Medical Imagining License required. ARRT (R) certification required or acquired within 1 year of hire date. One to two years of Radiology experience preferred.
