Summary We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team at The Language and Behavior Center in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities, contributing to their overall well-being and development. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervisors. Monitor and document client progress and behaviors accurately. Assist clients in developing social skills and coping strategies. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Requirements Experience in behavioral health or related field is preferred Comfortability working with children in home is essential Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
