Key Responsibilities:

Provide 32 clinical hours per week of behavior analytic services, including treatment planning, supervision, and parent training Manage a caseload of clients varying in ages, profiles, and payer requirements Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services Design individualized ABA programs to address clients’ unique needs and goals Provide timely, accurate, and clinically sound updates to client treatment plans in accordance with payer requirements and organizational guidelines Navigate different cultural norms to foster teamwork, understanding, and productivity in multicultural settings. Conduct ongoing assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS) and data analysis to optimize client outcomes Travel monthly for in-person supervision and clinical meetings Create a positive, supportive environment for staff and clients

Qualifications:

BCBA certification (in good standing) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB. Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
