Clinical Director Georgia Bone and Joint – Newnan Newnan, GA 30265 Georgia Bone & Joint is a premier orthopedic care practice serving the southern metro Atlanta, GA region, with locations in Newnan, Fayetteville, Stockbridge and Lagrange. Since its founding in 1984, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive, cutting-edge musculoskeletal care in a patient-centered environment. Comprehensive orthopedic services include same day and after-hours office visits, regenerative therapies, physical and occupational therapy, digital imaging to include MRI and CT, and an outpatient surgery center. The Georgia Bone and Joint team includes 14 specialists providing care in joint replacement, sports medicine, spine surgery, pediatric orthopedics, shoulder, hand, and foot and ankle. Position Summary The Clinical Director , reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for developing and ensuring comprehensive clinical integration of all Georgia Bone & Joint entities, resulting in an efficient, productive, team-driven service that provides improved clinical outcomes with a positive patient experience. Responsible for leading the clinical team to include certified Medical Assistants, Athletic Trainers, Radiology, MRI/CT, DME, and Physician Assistants. Education/Experience Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in nursing, allied health or healthcare administration. Clinical background preferred, 5 years’ experience in managing a large number of employees within a clinical setting.
