Key Responsibilities for

BCBA Clinical Director:

• Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical teammembers.
• Provide leadership in the development and implementationof clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring,onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices andemerging research.

Qualifications for

BCBA Clinical Director:

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology,Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in goodstanding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a teameffectively.
