Remote Overview:

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Appointment Coordinator to help grow our biomedical services business. In this competitive market, we need someone who is both an excellent communicator and a persuasive closer — someone who can connect with hospital administrators and decision-makers, understand their operational needs, and sell them on why we are the best choice for their biomedical equipment support . This is not your typical front-desk coordinator role. You will be on the front lines of outreach, relationship building, and direct sales — with a focus on booking meetings and securing service agreements with hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities:

Proactively contact hospital and clinic decision-makers (via calls, emails, and LinkedIn) to introduce and promote our biomedical technician services. Set and confirm qualified appointments between hospital administrators and the company owner (lead technician). Explain our value proposition clearly and confidently to hospital managers, procurement officers, and biomedical departments. Track all communications, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or scheduling software. Provide basic technical understanding of biomedical equipment services and how they impact hospital operations. Assist with administrative follow-ups, including documentation, proposals, and client onboarding. Stay current on hospital needs, industry competition, and equipment compliance trends.

Qualifications:

Proven sales or outbound calling experience , especially in healthcare or medical technology fields. Strong understanding of hospital operations , procurement processes, and clinical equipment workflows. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills — you can get decision-makers to say yes . Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage outreach pipelines independently. Comfort with medical or technical language related to biomedical equipment. Bonus if you’ve worked in or with biomedical engineering departments, medical sales, or healthcare staffing. CRM or appointment scheduling software experience is preferred.
