Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Responsibilities Responsible for the supervision of Certified Fitters, Assistant Coordinators and Scheduling Secretaries. Provides oversight of multiple locations and daily operations: patient appointments, retail sales, product ordering/inventory, administrative and billing functions. Acts as a liaison between patients, staff, physicians, and other hospital personnel; as well as physician offices. Qualifications
REQUIRED
1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. One (1) year of supervisory experience in healthcare or related environment. 3. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills. 4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality. 5. Completed Certificate of Training for mastectomy or compression. 6. Current BLS card (CPR).
PREFERRED
1. Two (2) years computer-related college coursework. 2. Two (2) years of business administration/secretarial science. 3. BOC or ABC Certified 4. Prior healthcare and/or retail experience.
