Therapeutic Mentor Clinical Supervisor 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 100 Independence Drive, Hyannis, MA 02601 Summary The Clinical Supervisor of the Therapeutic Mentor Program will provide weekly individual supervision with specialized training in child/adolescent issues, child serving agencies (e.g.

DYS, DCF, DMH, DDS, DESE

), mental health, family centered treatment, strengths-based interventions and wraparound planning process to the staff. The Clinical Supervisor will report to the site director.

SCHEDULE

8-10 hours per week (depending on staffing and including TM Peer biweekly for 1.5 hours) Child and Family Services recognizes the power in Diversity and believes that Equity is a Human Right. $1 per hour Language Differential! Perform one-on-one clinical supervision to staff on a weekly basis Documentation of all supervision performed Available on short notice for clinical consults Technical Assistance for medical necessity and psychiatric need Building awareness on trending topics in the field Advocate with hubs and collaterals regarding psychiatric and medical issues Assist in the evaluation of “high risk” clients and advocate for supplemental services Inform and assist staff on “self-care” issues Other duties as required Travel Required Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy. Required Education and Experience Masters level degree in counseling, Psychology or a related field from an accredited educational institution. Must have completed licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW etc), and required post licensure hours to provide supervision.
