We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Healthcare Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional mental health services. This role combines clinical expertise with strong management skills to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support a team of mental health professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of mental healthcare practices and proven leadership experience to foster a collaborative and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the clinical operations of the mental health department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Manage, mentor, and support a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff. Develop and implement treatment protocols, policies, and procedures to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate with administrative leadership to align clinical goals with organizational objectives. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to ethical and legal standards. Handle complex patient cases, offering clinical expertise and consultation as needed. Manage budgets, resources, and scheduling to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

Required Education & Licensure:

Must be a licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.), Psychiatrist (MD or DO), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a focus in mental health.

Experience:

Strong knowledge of evidence-based mental health treatment modalities and practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in program development or quality improvement initiatives. Certification in healthcare management or leadership (e.g., Certified Psychiatric Nurse Manager). Background in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care.
