We’re in search of a Clinical Supervisor to work on a full time basis in our Outpatient Clinic, which sits under our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Division. The clinical supervisor is accountable to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The clinical supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide weekly supervisor Co-facilitate bi-weekly group supervision Interviewing and part of the hiring decision for clinical staff Evaluation of staff performance Implement policies and procedures for agency and program. Review and ensure person served records, including treatment plans and CANS meet quality standards Follow all MCE specifications for OP Therapists Provide training to clinicians Ensure teams meet billing and productivity requirements Requirement to keep current on all Agency, Government and Funding trainings and health requirements (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, etc) Completes all the necessary paperwork in a strength-based manner per Agency requirements, (i.e. court letters, change of placement forms, Referrals, ICP, Progress Notes, evaluation instruments, consent forms, etc.) Complete time sheets, mileage forms etc. and submit them accurately and in a timely manner Provide oversight of required documentations Promoting Knowledge acquisition and skills development through various professional development opportunities Assisting personnel in transferring the skill and knowledge obtained in the classroom to their work in the filed Inputting data into the data management system Using data collection tools and forms Reading and interpreting reports Using data to improve performance
Minimum Qualifications:
