Clinical Operations Manager 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Canton, MA 02021 We are actively seeking a Nurse Administrator for a 90+ bed pediatric hospital in Canton, MA for a 6-month contract starting in July and month to month thereafter. The Nurse Administrator is to organize, direct and evaluate nursing services for the patients of the hospital, provide leadership and clinical direction to the departments of nursing and respiratory therapy. This full-time position will be on-site with a Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00 schedule. In addition, this position will serve as Administrator-On-Call during off hours every 3-4 weeks. Nurse Administrator Role will consist of the following scope of work: Patient Care, Clinical Management & Quality Improvement Leadership & Strategic Planning Communication, Collaboration & Community Relations Decisions/ Deliverables Nurse Administrator Preferred Qualifications Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Massachusetts, in accordance with the law and regulation Master’s degree in nursing Experience in all aspects of quality improvement in a healthcare setting Experience with scheduling and ensuring staffing levels meet all requirements Politically savvy, outstanding communication skills and exceptional team building skills with the ability to build a strong and supportive culture Excellent leadership skills with experience providing staff management and support with a focus on a positive work culture Experience in all aspects of quality improvement in a healthcare setting Experience with management in a union environment with knowledge of the principles and practices of employee relations Hourly rate: $90.00
