About Position:

Performs the following functions for the patient: Check-in, registration, completes EMR documentation, collects payments, qualifies patient for sliding fee, collects patient demographics, and provides in-person and telephonic customer service. Additionally, supports the clinical team by assisting with clinical documents.

Schedule:

Monday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm

Education:

Diploma, High school diploma.

Experience :

Preferred one to two years of customer service in health care setting. Excellent communication skills required.
