This candidate will be following the Orthodontist to the Raleigh WFR and Cary Tryon offices .

Overall Responsibility:

The Traveling New Patient Coordinator is an essential member to our Orthodontic team. They are responsible for new patient consults, maintaining patient reports, preparing bonding contracts, and confirming and maintaining scheduled appointments.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks will include, but are not limited to: New patient consults which consist of giving patients an office tour, reviewing treatment options, taking initial records, reviewing treatment options & estimates, schedule bonding/recall appointments, print & mail doctor/new patient letters. Maintain patient reports Confirming new patient/bonding appointments Creating Bonding contracts which include preparing contracts prior to patients bonding appointment, reviewing contract with patient, collecting, and posting payments, mailing insurance claims, and setting up auto drafts Scheduling patient maintenance appointments Checking office emails Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications:
