Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinic & Patient Services Management:

Engage directly with patients to deliver high-quality care, cultivating a warm, respectful, and supportive environment. Provide prompt, effective patient communication with minimal preparation, ensuring patients receive the support they require in time sensitive situations. Lead the Center’s Patient Care Committee.

Program & Project Leadership:

Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously refine new patient services and projects. Create and manage systems for non-biased patient advocacy, including pregnancy options counseling and post-abortion counseling for patients and their families. Directly support implementation of new technologies and provide related staff training and support.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Maintain a thorough understanding of Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, HIPAA, the Corporate Compliance Program, the Code of Ethics, and all relevant policies and procedures. Enforce adherence to the Cherry Hill Women’s Center Policy & Procedure Manual and Employment Manual, contributing to ongoing quality assessment and patient safety initiatives.

Staff Development & Team Collaboration:

Serve as an advocate, educator, and mentor by leading staff hiring, training, performance assessments, and ongoing professional development. Actively participate in staff meetings, conferences, in-services, trainings, and committee meetings, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.

Operational Excellence:

Assist with patient and staff scheduling and the maintenance of medical records to ensure efficiency. Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and offer suggestions for operational improvements.

Communication & Professionalism:

Represent Cherry Hill Women’s Center professionally and effectively to internal and external stakeholders, both in-person and over the phone. Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in a fast paced, complex, patient/customer-centered organization. Prior experience working with HIPAA regulations and a solid understanding of healthcare regulatory compliance. Proven leadership skills with a capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team. Creativity, flexibility, and a sense of humor in problem-solving abilities. Comfortable with, and excited about, using technology to better connect with patients and improve efficiency for staff. Demonstrated ability to engage in delicate and emotionally charged discussions with empathy, respect, non-judgement, and precision. Proven talent for understanding diverse perspectives while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and unbiased communication on complex issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish, French Creole, Hindi, or other languages are advantageous, but not required.
