Local, On-Site Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a hospital or healthcare setting Proficiency with EPIC systems and hospital ED patient access Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to work collaboratively with a regional manager and other supervisors Responsibilities Oversee and manage the operations of the Patient Access team in the Emergency Department Provide supervision and leadership to a team of approximately 8 staff members Ensure adherence to hospital procedures and protocols Coordinate shift coverage and manage scheduling needs Facilitate communication and problem-solving within the team Collaborate with the regional manager on time and attendance issues Stratford, New Jersey is known for its vibrant community and welcoming atmosphere.
