Role:

As a Customer Care Coordinator , you’ll be a key part of a team that empowers seniors and individuals with medical needs to live safely at home and in their communities. You’ll support both our customers and internal team by handling service requests, scheduling appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives every day. This role offers a strong foundation and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and direct inquiries appropriately Support sales by responding to product questions and coordinating service needs Schedule installation and service appointments for field technicians Accurately maintain records, billing, and activity logs in Manitou and Sedona systems Assist with reports, projects, and department operations as needed Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks Experience with business systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling, or billing software) a plus
