We save lives while providing the opportunity for people torealize their healthy selves.: Clinical Director Monte Nido GlenCove Glen Cove, NY Monte Nido Glen Cove, located in Glen Cove, NYis a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seekingtreatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge EatingDisorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’s treatment approachfocuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritionalbalance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines,elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation andtreatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achievea clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder andits effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciationof what is necessary for their personal recovery. We are seeking aClinical Director to join the Monte Nido team. The ClinicalDirector is responsible for the overall clinical quality of ourtreatment program. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuringquality care, continuous quality improvement, appropriate staffing,and budget responsibility. This position is responsible foroverseeing all matters related to the clinical programming of thefacility to further enhance our clients’ experiences.
Salary:
$110,000-$120,000/YR

Responsibilities Include:
: Ensure overall clinical qualityof programming with continuous improvement, staffing, and fiscalresponsibility. Directly lead clinical therapists through mentoringand coaching; assist therapists interacting with insurance payers.
Model normalized eating habits by eating meals to completion withclients and staff while working at mealtimes. At times, theClinical Director might conduct individual therapy, group therapy,or family therapy. Participate in discharge and aftercare planningwith the entire treatment team. Providing safe, affirming andempathetic support across multiple populations
Qualifications:
: Atleast 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral healthsetting is preferred; may substitute leadership experienceelsewhere. Working knowledge of admissions and intake, UtilizationReview, and 3rd party or insurance payers. Previous experience withJoint Commission and regulatory standards compliance is desired.
Ability to manage budgets and utilize KPIs (Key PerformanceIndicators) is preferred. Experience in an Eating Disorder programor other residential behavioral health setting is very helpful.
Knowledge of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices Employeeselection and performance management experience are a plus. Musthold a Master’s degree in a clinical discipline, at minimum. ActiveState license (or be license eligible). montenido
