We offer a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where education, therapy, and care come together to support each student’s dignity, development, and full participation in life. We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Services Manager to lead and support our team of Related Service Providers (RSPs)—including physical, occupational, speech & language, and vision therapists. This is a hands-on supervisory role focused on clinical leadership, program coordination, and collaborative team-building. Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Directly supervise PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Vision Therapists Coach and support team members through observation, feedback, and evaluation Facilitate regular interdisciplinary team meetings Support onboarding and ongoing training Program Oversight Ensure therapy services align with student IEPs and school goals Promote integration of therapeutic strategies into classroom routines Coordinate adaptive equipment needs in collaboration with staff and families Maintain high standards of care and compliance across discipline Administrative & Compliance Manage therapy scheduling, documentation, and service tracking Oversee timely progress reporting and IEP contributions Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (DOE SOPM, licensing boards, etc.) Serve as liaison between RSP team, leadership, and families Requirements NYS license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology (required) 3+ years of experience working with students with significant disabilities •preferred 1+ years of supervisory or program management experience preferred Strong working knowledge of assistive tech, durable medical equipment, and therapeutic best practices CPR certification Collaborative, communicative, and mission-aligned Why Join Pathways?
