High Focus Centers (Formerly Onward Behavioral Health) Make an Impact in the Heart of Philadelphia High Focus Centers, a trusted name in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Center City Philadelphia . We offer a collaborative, mission-driven environment where you can lead a passionate clinical team and help drive meaningful outcomes for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering outpatient and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders. Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign

diagnoses. Guide staff in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews. Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians. Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care. Support the Program Director in program development and quality assurance initiatives. Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits. Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings. At least 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience . Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
