Medical Spa Front Desk Coordinator Position Available In Berkeley, South Carolina

Medical Spa Front Desk Coordinator Summerville Primary Care 299 Midland Parkway, Summerville, SC 29485 We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

• Our current front desk personnel will be going to serve in the military in July and the other going back to college in the Fall.

You will work with one of the best esthetic teams in our area. Our model is to be the most knowledgeable and caring team, providing the most advanced but conservative treatments, at the most affordable prices.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about our services and products
• Retail Sales
• Handle requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and other areas as well as laundry
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with Square point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred
• Experience with an EMR a plus
• Knowledge of electronic sales systems is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally Pay starting at $15 an hour, depending on experience with growth potential.
