Summary As a Male Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Your core skills in patient care, home health, and caregiving will ensure the comfort and well-being of your clients. With premium expertise in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, you will support clients in their daily activities, enhancing their quality of life. Your commitment to maintaining HIPAA standards and delivering exceptional service will be vital in fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient health, including vital signs and changes in condition, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care, employing effective communication techniques and memory care strategies. Maintain a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping and laundry tasks, to enhance clients’ quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
