Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care tailored to each client’s personalized plan, including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Offer homemaker services like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Engage with clients through conversation and activities that enhance their day and support their mental well-being. Document care tasks and communicate effectively with both the client and our management team.

Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations Take pride in providing high quality care Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment CHHA License in NJ Willingness to enforce health and safety standards High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a
