Locations/Shifts Available Hamburg:

Mon 5:00-9:00 pm, Tues 12:00-9:00 pm, Thurs 5:00-8:00 pm, Fri 1:00-4:00 pm

Wantage:

Mon & Fri 1:00-4:00 pm, Thurs 12:00-3:00 pm

Blairstown:

Wed & Fri 11:30 am-4:00 pm

Budd Lake:

Fri 2:00 pm -6:00 pm Responsibilities Travel to the client’s home, read and interpret the care plan, and provide direct care as specified by the written plan of care. Perform homemaking, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other support services. Observe the client’s condition, behavior, appearance, and hygiene needs, living arrangements, and home environment while in the home and report and document changes or problems to the appropriate staff member. Write or otherwise electronically document visits, which include time and attendance, reports that accurately record the time and care provided in the home. Maintain dependable attendance, be regularly available for assignments, and be timely for scheduled visits. Qualifications Current NJ Board of Nursing certificate (CHHA). High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the service area. Have the physical ability to perform the duties and essential functions of the job. Good communication and a positive attitude. Honest, dependable, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
