Job Summary:

We are seeking caring, compassionate, and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide supportive living services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) in a residential setting. DSPs will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and provide companionship and emotional support within a safe, respectful, and structured environment. You will be scheduled to work at one facility per day , with assignments rotating between locations within approximately 30 minutes of Wallingford, PA .

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with IDDs Valid driver’s license Access to your own vehicle (required)

Key Responsibilities:
