Home Health Aide (HHA) Very respectful environment in home East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide essential support to the family of an individual with special needs Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, meal prep and dressing. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Document medical information accurately, including vital signs and any changes in the client’s condition. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients Assist with transportation, grocery shopping, and setting up appointments. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or nursing home settings is preferred. Knowledge of basic medical documentation practices and vital sign monitoring is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care. Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols. Bilingual a plus but not a requirement Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Job will be in a private residential setting. Pay rate is $18/hr. 16 hours a week. Must be able to reliably commute. Mileage reimbursement will be considered. Flexible scheduling is offered. CNA’s, housekeepers, and PDN’s encouraged to apply.
