• About the

Role:

• North End Ranch is a residential home for individuals with developmentaldisabilities.

Direct Support Professionals assists individuals in avariety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: transportation,medical management, dietary needs, personal care and more. This positionwill assist in planning and carrying out individual programs as well asimplementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement(ISA). The atmosphere at this facility is rewarding and very warm.

• Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience working with individuals with a developmental disabilitypreferred but not required.

Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.

Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.

Experience working with individuals with a developmental disabilitydesired.

Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation with personalautomobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandatedby the State of Vermont.

• Successful completion of a criminal history background check afterhire.

• Requirements:

• Must be able to work 9:45pm 6:15am for the full-time position or 2-ten-hour shifts for the part-time weekend position.
