We are seeking a PRN LPN to work with our Northern Brevard County patients. Under the order of the physician the DON, and RN, the LPN assumes provides skilled nursing services in home setting. Services may include’ Education on medications, disease processes teaching, IV admin, Lab draws, wound care and injury prevention. Part time and PRN shifts available. As a Home Health RN for TEHC , you will: Observe and record patient assessment and care. Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans Teach on medications and diagnosis Change wound dressings and care for other treatment options Admin IVs or draw labs Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate Consult with supervisors and doctors to decide on the best treatment plan for patients Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes Required Skills Graduate of an accredited LPN Program. Current and valid LPN license in the state of Fl. Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification. Two years experience as an LPN 1 year Home Health experience (Required). 1 year IV and wound experience (Required).

$40.00 – $55.00 per hour
