Licensed Practical Nurse LPN LPN Shifts 8 hours Day 7am-3pm, Evening 3pm-11pm, Overnight 11pm-7am See your Schedule, Available shifts for Pick Up, and your pay subs (&more!) all in one place with Empeon . LPN Job Description:
As an LPN at Westlake Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Are you an experienced and compassionate LPN looking for an exciting career opportunity in Dania Beach, FL? Look no further!
Your duties will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and recording vital signs Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers Providing education and support to residents and their families Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations
LPN Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida Current CPR required Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
