Procure prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as necessary Execute designated care plans tailored to residents’ unique needs Perform assigned duties such as wound care, treatments, and procedures Maintain meticulous documentation of observations, interventions, and assessments related to residents Uphold the privacy and rights of residents, families, colleagues, and facility data, following HIPAA protocols

Qualifications:
