• We are seeking a dedicated LPN/ RN Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality patient care and possess a diverse skill set to excel in various medical settings.
• Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist in patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Qualifications
• Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of practice
• Experience in acute care, senior care, occupational health, or primary care is preferred
• Experience in wound care
• Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
