Full-Time | 70% In-Office / 30% Local Travel (during scheduled hours) Overview Trinity OB Homecare Solutions is a faith-driven maternal health organization providing in-home care and remote monitoring to high-risk OB patients across South Florida. We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with Labor and Delivery experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong clinical knowledge of gestational hypertension and diabetes. CDCES certification is a plus but not required. Work Hours & Schedule Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, reporting daily to our Miami Lakes office Local travel during scheduled hours is required for Start of Care visits Occasional after-hours Start of Care visits may be required based on patient need Optional opportunity to oversee the 24-hour patient call center Primary Responsibilities Monitoring Center Oversight – In-Office (70%) Manage a high-volume caseload of high-risk OB patients enrolled in remote monitoring Monitor blood pressure and glucose readings in real time and respond per protocol Communicate with OBs and MFMs at Start of Care to confirm patient-specific protocols Contact providers as needed based on clinical alerts or when medical orders are required Ensure patient compliance with daily monitoring through consistent communication Educate patients in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding and engagement Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation of all patient interactions Coordinate Start of Care visits between patients and field nurses when unable to travel due to monitoring center duties Start of Care Visits – Local Travel (30%) Travel to patients’ homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties Complete a full patient assessment during each Start of Care visit Set up and educate patients on remote monitoring equipment (BP monitors, glucose meters) Start IVs when clinically indicated and initiate Zofran or Reglan pumps for hyperemesis care Submit all documentation and consents immediately following each visit Mileage reimbursement is provided Required Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in Florida Labor & Delivery experience required Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of gestational hypertension and diabetes Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation and follow-up Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally during business hours Proficient in IV therapy and home-based clinical care Preferred Qualifications Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential Ideal Candidate Experienced in fast-paced clinical settings and patient triage Confident managing large caseloads with high attention to detail Compassionate communicator who can connect with Spanish-speaking patients Proactive, flexible, and dependable under time-sensitive demands Passionate about improving maternal outcomes and patient support through technology Additional Information Trinity OB offers a generous compensation, PTO and holiday policy, including floating holidays and front-loaded paid time off.
