This position requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. -Visits can be up to two hours. -Pediatric patients. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Perform medical documentation accurately and timely to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Conduct procedures such as catheterization. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse. Provide infant care when necessary, ensuring the highest level of safety and comfort for young patients. Lift and transport patients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Qualifications Valid Florida RN or LPN Nursing License. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and standards. Previous experience in pediatric or infant care is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
