Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate nurse with a positive mindset to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The nurse will assess patients’ health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Shifts available:

1. FT 11-7 Rotating Weekends Pay Based on experience. Sign on bonus offered.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ health needs and develop & follow care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member. Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records. Stay up to date with current research and best practices in nursing Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Current state license as a nurse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
