Pay:
$35/ hr with overtime available 2K sign-on bonus
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.
Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in Massachusetts. Ability to pass Cori, fingerprint, DPPC and drug screening Strong communication and teamwork skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Valid driver’s license. BLS certifcation Up-to-date immunizations (covid vaccine is not required) to join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of their patients. Your expertise as a Nurse is vital to providing exceptional care and support within our community!
