The Atrium at Veronica Drive in Danvers is seeking apassionate and caring Resident Care Director to oversee hiring, training, and management of ourmunity care team. This role will also serve as the liaison with family members,munity agencies, physicians, and outside care providers. Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Salary:

$108,000
Responsibilities
Assuringpliance with all resident care related regulations (e.g., medication management, resident assessments, care plans) Documenting and providing accurate record-keeping, as appropriate Demonstrating personal/resident safety methods and procedures Representing with pride and knowledge to educate outside groups andanizations Requirements
Being a Registered Nurse (RN) or (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse
Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting; Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice setting experience a plus Knowledge of Dementia care a plus As amunity leader at , you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following: 8 holidays & 3 floating holidays
